The Circle City Ringers from Indianapolis performs a Christmas-themed bell ringing concert. Due to limited seating, this event will also be live-streamed on the library's Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/NCHCPL. This event is sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Friends will be accepting donations.
